When I see them stopping and searching trucks at the bridge and tunnel crossings, that's "high orange" from my perspective - and I have seen that many times. I will note if it changes tomorrow.

Just speculating, but the PA could be on high alert because of a specfic threat that has nothing to do with bridges and tunnels and everything to do with trains and train stations.

i agree. an explosives laden person is more likely then a vehicle in my opinion, especially in manhattan.
