Would that be the same Homeland Security that hasn't provided the average joe in this country information concerning what they need to stock up on and what to do in case of attack? That Homeland Security? Oh, that's right, it's up to the individual states to tell us......don't think I got anything in my snail mail.......? Perhaps one day they'll treat us like individuals (individuals whose lives depend on having the proper supplies and information). Now about those "dry runs," they probably want us to check with the surgeon general.
Maybe the above sentence was meant to be two declarative sentences thusly:
1)Homeland Security officials say they have no intelligence.
2)Terrorists are conducting dry runs on airplanes.
