Yeah, I've noticed occasional spikes in the fertilization here. Hope it's resolved until the next time.
On main topic, my Supreme Leader forwarded this to me today. It gives info on what the Emergency Response and Preparedness Directorate from the DHS is saying. The Counter-Terrorism: Critical Infrastructure Protection Infogram has not been posted yet. I'm glad that TBTB are thinking about what happens to old folks and the disabled in case things tank on us.

Russian army engineers averted a new terrorist act in Chechnya evacuating handmade mine
27.07.2004, 02.30
GROZNY, July 27 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian army engineers averted a new terrorist act in Chechnya Monday. The Grozny military commandants office told Tass the engineers found a handmade mine planted in a street between a 9-story apartment block and the office of the Chechen state radio and TV company.
The engineers first attempted to destroy the mine by machinegun fire, however it did not explode. The mine was then evacuated outside the city and eliminated.

I hope the senior centers can do the job. So much depends upon the volunteers and under extreme duress I would imagine that corp would to a degree evaporate. It will be hard enough for the trained emergency and medical staff of every community to respond as they will want to stay with their children. I expect thinks to unravel quickly until folks feel safe stepping outside.
