You are pronouncing her guilty of being a leftie simply by association with just one of her hundreds of college faculty. That's not awfully conservative of you.

Or pronouncing her guilty on the fact that she feels the need to provide charity and simply an open hand of help to the less fortunate. I will not fault her for that. More power to her.

My, such deep comments from the lot of you.
Tamsey...You are pronouncing her guilty of being a leftie simply by association with just one of her hundreds of college faculty.
No, I'm merely trying to show that a particular leftist professor is whom she credits for her desire to do "humanitarian" work and what that particular leftist professor believes.
That's not awfully conservative of you.
Are you the start all and end all as to what constitutes a conservative? I'm unaware of a single definition.
Is it "conservative" of you to support someone who is nothing more than a short skirt and a mouthpiece for the UN? Like I said earlier...Cult of Personality!

rwfromkansas...Excuse me, but just because you study from somebody does not mean you agree with them.
Even when ideological credit is given to the person studied under?
Does that mean I agree with them?
You can answer that question better than I. Do you agree with your liberal professors? If you do answer your own rhetorical question then all I can ask is "Why did you bother asking it in the first place"?

And, lastly, BigSkyFreeper...Or pronouncing her guilty on the fact that she feels the need to provide charity and simply an open hand of help to the less fortunate.
I've got three words for you on the effectiveness of putting one's good intentions and charity behind anything associated with the UN...Oil for Food!
Kofi and Co. love every $34 being sent.

People, even after all the time that I've been at FR, still amaze me.
