one of the few media reports that calls an "arsenal" correctly. most "arsenals" are people with more than one gun.

Yeah, 1,300 does denote a small "arsenal"..

I think there was a story about a week ago where a guy had a knife,bat, & a .22 under his bed and it was called an ARSENAL....

It would seem that the journalist covering the knife, bat, gun & stun gun bent the rules a bit on the use of the term "arsenal":

I've always wanted to have my own Gun Buyback Program, you know, to protect the Chilluns. I will only buy really dangerous guns like pre ban semi-autos, Colt Single Action Armies (These guns were made for the Army so no civilian should own one!), and the most dangerous gun of all , the drilling (No one in this country needs a 3 barreled elephant gun).
