Hate to be Mr. Cynical, but I don't think he will ever receive appropriate justice for what he did.
The Bush Admin is trying like hell to NEVER EVER EVER revisit anything illegal that happened during the Clinton years. They don't want to be perceived as vicious and mean, like they supposedly were during the impeachment.
