I meant that the case against Berger seems to be a slam dunk, but building a collusion case against the presumptive democrat presidential nominee, or his campaign, would take more time.
Just wishful thinking on my part. They would never go after kerry, maybe some low level campaign staffer but even that would be a longshot.
