Christ pointed out and condemned sin....he charged his followers with doing the same...
as well as telling people the good news....they can be forgiven for their sins and delivered from the lifestyle of sin...through faith in Jesus Christ...

Now if that is a hate crime...well they will have to go after every Christian who is doing his/her duty...
