Yes, I am serious. Think about it, the plane is still on the ground, waiting for takeoff. You see people on the plane you are not comfortable with, you change your mind and decide not to fly that day, you tell the crew you want off the flight. If they do not let you off they are more or less holding you against your will, if they transport you accross state lines against your will some could suggest that could be considered kidnapping.Does anyone know of any laws that says it is not? This is of course all theoretical , but, could this happen? Views everyone.
