I don't see why everybody is in arms about this stupid ex-slave comment, you jump on him for doing something respectable and he mentions slavery and everybody wigs out. Sweetliberty and everyone else who is bothered by that is only underlining a big problem in America of extreme sensitivity.

What deprivations did this 'x-slave' encounter in his rise to fame and fortune?

His self-defacing manipulation of reality is an insult to the America, and will result in a just conclusion!

The ....extreme sensitivity.... you write about:

Why is a double standard imposed?

If the 'N' word is not appropriate for a caucasion to speak or write, equity would require the same rule apply to Negroes. Perhaps you disagree?
