I just watched the rerun. He was fabulous! I did see some hard hearts in that meeting, but most of the people actually heard what he was saying and they were sure he meant what he said. I think there will be a lot of folks talking about it, and thinking about what he said.
Al Sharpton admitted that President Bush raised some serious questions, but in the same breath said since it came from Bush, (in so many words) the questions do not deserve an answer. Al Sharpton should be ignored
Just finished watching the re-play of the President's speech to the Urban League. . . another rhetorical HOMERUN!
The President unapologetically and PASSIONATELY shared his conservative message with a skeptical (yet receptive) audience -- the 'question' section of the speech was pure political genius (and courage)! KUDOS PRESIDENT BUSH!!!
[All we need is another 2-4% of the Black vote in November -- this speech, and others like it over the next several months, will help the President achieve this goal!]
