The accuser has lied to the police about not having sex after her supposed "rape."

I agree. What she contends is she DIDN'T have CONSENSUAL sex with KB. Plain & simple.
Having sex afterwards destroys any "proof" that she did not have consensual sex with Kobe. The burdon of proof is on the prosecution. If an honest jury hears the case, they will have to acquit.
Next time she gets "raped" maybe she'll be smart enough to report it before destroying the evidence.

Just because we have a defense atty claiming it true, it doesn't necessarily make it so.
She's bi-polar. Her version of the "truth" may be very different from the actual truth.
Besides, she's going to be confronted with accusations and evidence that she had sex with three men in a 72 hour period.

You're the one who injected a $36M contract into the discussion and indicated that you believe money to be his sole concern. I submit that figure pertains to his Laker contract and is based on his athletism rather than his moral fiber. That is not the case with his equally lucrative endorsement contracts with McDonalds, Nike and Nutella chocolate spread. He has lost all three of those this year.

Kobe's atty has already tried to introduce falsities into the case before... how do we know their claim is true this time until they can produce the DNA evidence of those alleged sex acts as evidence?

He is allowing the girl's sexual history 72 hours before she went to the police. That is an implied acknowledgement that some additional sexual activity occurred.
Oh, and the defense has underwear with two different DNA samples in them, neither of which were Kobe's.
They will produce them.
