While her previous sexual history will not be admitted, the judge has just ruled that any post-KB-sexual activity WILL be admitted.

Uh, the woman has some serious emotional disturbances ~ that is to say she's mentally ill ~ being crazy does not entitle one to just grab her and have your way with her.
How does she prove that?
Three encounters within 72 hours of each other, and the one with the rich guy is non-consensual?

She's allegedly bi-polar. One of the manifestations of this pathology is an insatiable sex drive when one is in the manic phase.
Introducing her mental instability does not help her.
Certainly the law does not encourage men to seek sexual gratification at the hands (or other organs) of bipolar women?
I can't "buy" either side as yet. Maybe never will. KB did admit on tv, in the press conference, he committed adultry.
But can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Kobe forced himself on her? Do you think you could convince a jury to vote unanimously to convict?
Remember, she went to HIS room, and she even acknowledges that the initial portion of her encounter was consensual.
I've never felt that she had a case, and it's looking less and less likely that she'll be able to sell this turkey.
Perhaps more encounters. Supposedly they can prove she had sex with three different men in thos 72 hours. I don't think anyone could prove how many times she had sex with each one.

When in the Army I had sex with women whom I could not even remember their faces the next day. In Germany back in the 50's, sex with the local guesthaus girls meant no more than mastubating. You were young, they were there, they were available, so you did it, end of discussion, period.
There've been some cases in neighborhing Maryland where the sexual encounters appeared to be consensual but involved a woman with diminished capacity.
Those guys went to the slammer.
The claims of the assailants were simply ignored by the juries and judges.
Part of the deal is there's "normal" behavior and "abnormal" behavior. Certainly Kobe knows the difference, or he, himself has a "problem" and could very well use that to defend himself.
All they need is KB's DNA and her blood on his shirt.

Um, it's entirely possible for a non-violent sexual act to result in some small tearing and bleeding. The corollary is that tearing and bleeding do NOT necessarily reflect roughness.

Bottom line will be, what a jury decides. We won't be privy to anything except what the pundits tell us. I cannot decide for myself on a trial I cannot see/hear for myself.
