Our local Sears store is totally mismanaged and hires the dumbest workers in the world. Their clothing is crap, and except for their tools, nothing else is worth a thing. And now that they bought Orchard Supply Hardware, I can get the Craftsman tools there. Although, they've already brought down the quality of the OSH employees. Sears deserves what it gets, IMHO.

I can't comment about how Sears stores are run, but I try to buy as much from them as possible (clothing excepted). Sears is voluntarily paying the difference in salaries of their reservist employees

It's not a lot, but given the choice among KMart, WalMart and Sears, I choose Sears.

The Sears in Joplin closed its automotive shop about 2 years ago. They deserve to go away for their shoddy clothes, crummy displays and incompetent employees.

I can buy tires anywhere.

Our local Sears has gone downhill since they decided to have Central checkout stations.

We're hounded to death in the appliance and lawn dept, but ignored elsewhere.

I just browse in the Petite Dept, which is upstairs, in the back and the size of a postage stamp. I never buy anything tho.

Someone needs to tell these people that polyester went out along time ago.
