Come now, have a cow if you like. You are building an inappropriate straw man and putting words in my mouth that I have not said. I have not challenged anything on this thread except these words, "The mainstream news media has become so blatantly left leaning that nearly every day I really have the impulse to strangle one (or more) of them."

It appears you still believe it is a good choice of words, metaphor, figure of speech, or what-have-you. I don't. It reminds me of the incident involving the NY City Councilman. I'm sorry, I can't do anything about what it reminds me of.
