Looks like they are rather concerned about what will happen on Monday.
If you compare the numbers from the Cal ISO presentation linked to post 13 with the forecast they now have for Monday and then combine with some major outages, I would wager that the statement in the Power Watch about Stage 1 being possible , could quickly become a Stage 3 even.
