Being as the Constitution allows it to encourage trade, I have no problem with that.
It needs to be heavily regulated and watched what with millions being lost on sales tax because it is so easy to keep the merchandise here and say it went to Mexico.
It should be mandatory the items are shipped out of the USA to qualify for the exemption.
If Fox continues to get his way and this keeps up the border towns will end up with just mud huts and problems with utilities, etc.

The woman running the booth (a Caucasian) actually listened to me about what was going on, and the way what she was supporting was helping to destroy this country. But she so wanted to help them out.
Any of the Mexicans that I debate this with I tell them to get all of the illegal and legal Mexicans from California (illegal alone would be about 8 million) and march down to Mexico and TAKE BACK YOUR COUNTRY from the corrupt Millionaires in power.
