Fantastic speech. Should have been said awhile ago. The only race that speech pandered to was the human race, as it should be.
I watched the speech and found it to be not one of The Presidents best efforts. He seemed quite tired or uncomfortable to me. Not trying to be critical, but he did seem somewhat preoccupied, which is understandable.
