I guess that't the difference in working for the government and in private industry. No one GETS fired in the gov. Heck look at all the incompentents "we" keep re-electing! It rolls downhill.

Then when they retire, we continue to pay them for those killer pensions while most folks in the private sector are lucky to even have medical coverage when they retire.
