Did you see any of the other threads about these guys? "We", as in some concerned Citizens, did do thier job and reported the men. As usual, "the government" lets "We the People" down yet again.
This lapse is deplorable and very incriminating.
They're all gone now and the presumed "casing" scenario depicted just went "code red" in my book.<<
