Orange costumes makes me think they're Dutch.Most of the orange on the TdF course, especially in the southern stages, is in support of the Basque riders. They have their own team, in orange.

Armstrong said it was the Germans who were spitting on him and calling him a "doper". Another American rider said the Germans really scared him.
