Nope, just wrap it around your EZpass. But you probably better take the battery out of your cell phone since it broadcasts your position even if turned off.
Of course it is just a matter of time before tracking devices are built into your car, if they are not already.
My cell phone broadcasts when it is on, like all cell phones...but it does not broadcast my position..all anyone could know is what area of reception I am in, and that can be more than one.
