State Sen. Sheila Kuehl said the governor had resorted to “blatant homophobia.”

'Zelda' in 'Dobie Gillis' was offended. She's gay. Blatant homophobia? More like blatant humor-phobia.

I hope when Arnold speaks at the Republican Convention he uses the lines I'm here to pump you up and the Democrats are girly men.

A distinguished name for Italians or Spanish:

Pope St. Fabian, 236-250:

After the death of Anterus [Fabian] had come to Rome, with some others, from his farm and was in the city when the new election began. While the names of several illustrious and noble persons were being considered, a dove suddenly descended upon the head of Fabian, of whom no one had even thought. To the assembled brethren the sight recalled the Gospel scene of the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Saviour of mankind, and so, divinely inspired, as it were, they chose Fabian with joyous unanimity and placed him in the Chair of Peter.

"State Sen. Sheila Kuehl said the governor had resorted to “blatant homophobia.” "

By the looks of her, I think Miss Kuehl has it backward -- forget Arnold's comment about girlie men, she is the closest thing to a "manly girl" that I have ever seen.

I'm trying to come up with adjectives but "lovely" and "beautiful" just don't seem to come to mind.

"Speaker of the Assembly Fabian Nunez said that he “was not personally ... intimidated or threatened,” but that his 13-year-old daughter was offended."

(Actually, she was offended when she learned her father's name was "Fabian", not "Daddy")

Never trusty anybody named "Fabian" or "Bruce" - at least in the men's locker room.
