Thanks!
As far as I'm concerned, the State has every right to strip her and the father of their parental rights. Let those children be adopted by someone who gives a damn about them!
Why the father - he hasn't done anything wrong. He couldn't stop her fron taking up with the Arab. In these situations, the courts always side with the mother on custody.
I assumed the 'boyfriend' was the father; my bad. If the twins father is willing to take them to raise, more power to him!
Memorial Day, 2003. That was quite awhile ago. I'm sure the little girls are all settled into a new home now.
Sari does not sound like an Islamic name to me. I think the headline needs to be changed unless someone proves he is a Muslim.
Most likely short for Sariyah - in other words he was named for one of Mohammed's buddies.
Sariyah - Clouds at night; name of a companion of the Prophet

While we are at it:
Ghazi - Conqueror
Muhanna - Happy, delighted
Since you raised the issue, what heritage do you think a person named after one of Mohammed's military leaders with a middle name of "conqueror" has, given that the overwhelming majority of Kuwaitis are Muslims?

It takes a while to bring someone to justice when they flee the country. Her latest escape was this week.
