Did you see my posted thread today that National Review had a little blurb about this matter and mentioned Free Republic?

Repost the page here. The more it is posted the easier it will be to find.

Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) called Berger's actions "just a third-rate burglary." But former FBI agent G. Gordon Liddy disagrees, calling it a grave transgression against national security. Liddy wonders why the Justice Department has not arrested Berger for having admitted to committing five felonies.
I think the writer did not appreciate the subtlety of DeLay's Watergate reference.

"Kerry knows better than to use these documents," Chambliss added."
Kerry knew better how to get out of Vietnam in 4 months by using the "Purple Heart" syndrome.
Kerry knew better how to document his "hero" status by staging vido tapes of himself in Vietnam.
Kerry knew better how to rail against the Vietnam war and tell Congress lies about our fighting men.
I dare say Kerry knows better than many leftists, how to bring the United States to it's knees.
Kerry ... he knows better.

Now that I think about it, the press release may have been pulled from Kerry's site (and the Google cache) because it contained classified information. So all of us who've saved the release from the Google cache yesterday could be holding on to classified info. We should monitor how quickly it vanishes from other sources without explanation.

The sudden disappearance of the policy from the campaign web site that coincided with Berger's dismissal supports Republicans' contention that the purloined data formed the basis of at least part of the Democratic candidate's homeland security program.
By their web page deletions
ye shall know them

Here is an interesting letter from the American Spectator:
"I realize that the "Editorial business" department isn't where this matter will be dealt with, but trust you'll pass in along if appropriate.
I enjoy your website and don't like seeing your material stolen and
doubt TAS does either, so I thought you might like to know that TAS-copyrighted material is being routinely republished in full without permission at FreeRepublic.com. An article entitled "Sloppy Berger" is the most recent example."
