Where this reporter fails the most is in defining the proposed AWG. There's no descripiton of who will be in it, where it will be headquartered, who it will work for. Without those facts for context, the comments of the 'sources' are pointless.
Furhtermore, some of the named sources are known for their sniping without providing solutions. I'll bet my bottom dollar the guy who made the HHS comment is Wes Clark.
BTW, the IED task force mentioned came from the Center for Army Lessons Learned (as I bet this AWG will be). The IEDTF did great work that is saving lives today.
