I agree with Sharon. The french Jews should leave france as soon as possible. They are not safe there.
What could forcibly keep anyone in France? Is there a requirement to get exit visas first? If those wishing to leave can do so at any time, then one is to presume that they already do so without asking for outsiders' advice or opinions on the subject.
