KUSI (9)...chemical toxic if inhaled or ingested; evacs for any within 1/2 mile; probably not opening till sometime in the morning

First have to make chemical stable; next offload...both will take a long time.

No significant injuries so far.

Telling morning commuters plan ahead and have another route in the morning and watch news for the latest.

Alternate routes/side streets not moving now either........morning's gonna be REALLY rough...stay off the recommended detour routes...gotta be creative cause now they need detours for detours if they aren't moving! LOL!
