I agree. I can't count the times I heard someone quesdtion his motive by saying "well, why didn't he just get a divorice?" But a divorice and child support was exactly what Scott was trying to avoid.

The comments about simply getting a divorce reminds me of the tragic NJ case. John List of Westfield, murdered his children, his wife, and his mother because he had financial difficulties.
