Leads me to think it was the DEMS who tipped off the press to Berger. They are facing the millennium's most boring political convention next week, 95% of the country will tune out...and the DNC needs something to get our attention.

If the White House had been the source for the original John Solomon AP article, the story would have identified it as the source. Instead it cites "government and congressional officials." Well, hell, that could be Hillary Clinton's office for all we know.
