Anything verified yet? Can't seem to find any reliable info.
Been "Gone" for a while but I'm back now.
CJ
I do remember reading about the parked Boeing 707 and the sugestion this was used for terrorist training, but the story 'sort of went away and died' didn't it?
Thanks for the link.
Won't matter. Before it is all over with, it will be Bush's fault and he had them planted!
Here is the actual headline and link to the on-line version. Please, Please, Please say this is true......
KHUDIR AL- DORI UNVEILS THREE HIDDEN NUCLEAR MISSILES
Baghdad, As-Sabah , July 21, Page 1
The official sources at the ministry of interior and the national security advisor department have refrained commenting on the news of seizing three missiles of nuclear heads in the course of arresting Khudir al- Dori the former leader at the dissolved Baath party.Notably, Iraqi political sources on anonymity affirmed that the detaining of al- Dori by the Iraqi security departments resulted in the seize of three nuclear heads missiles .The sources indicated that Khudir al- Dori occupied top party and security posts during ex-regime. Al-Dori death announced after the collapse of the regime and counterfeiting death certificate issued for him. He was arrested in the site situated between Oja and Al-Dor .The sources were quoted as saying that these nuclear missiles were found in tunnel underground at six meters length were covered carefully to mislead sensitive scientific apparatuses detecting for these weapons.

The truth is beginning to emerge and perhaps the Sandy story was leaked by the left to divert from this story.
BTTT!
Oh, man, how awesome it would be for this to be verified. (Of course, on the other hand..means the bad guys may REALLY have the "big toys" after all. Hmmmmm..)
If there ARE 3 nukes in Iraq buried, ya gotta wonder how many others there might be that have been passed around to AQ, etc.
Please please let it be true...that's what I keep saying too, I have read that story at least ten times now and sometimes it makes sense and then it doesn't...but I'm heartened by one thing; after reading the blogger who writes HealingIraq I have reached the conclusion that the average educated Iraqi (who isn't a fanatic muslim or a Baathist) is a very simple and decent human being. At the very least, no journalist in Iraq could be as biased and vicious as those who write for the US media. (Sorry.) Just IMHO.
So damn many times I've seen stories like this surface and end up being fictitious... I won't hold my breath on this one. If it is true, we need confirmation from more sources.
Of course, with that said..my money says that we never hear another peep about this story - even IF it turns out to be true.
Of not with. In another worlds missles that could carry warheads, maybe.
Yeah, but this sounds much more plausible-- it's not a large cache, but three missles carefully hidden. Will be interesting to see.
Would be poetic justice to see the nuclear weapons found AFTER the UN issues the report that none existed.
Agree ... typically the rumor floats around for a few days only to be refuted. However, in the event this report is true the timing of the discovery will be the focal point of the liberal media ... not that WMD have been discovered in Iraq. In fact, any positive news coming out of Afghanistan or Iraq between now and the November election will be subject to relentless scrutiny by the liberal media with the "questionable" timing aspect front and center ... deliberately so to diminish any positive effect it might have for the Bush administration.
It in the US media now !!!!

I have a feeling that Wash Times has a few Freepers on staff.
Will watch this throughout the day.
This is to good to be true.
