Yeah, when Vince Foster disappeared from the White House and wound up in Ft. Marcy Park that July day in '93, that was the only day in the eight years of the Clinton Administration that ALL of the security cameras at the White House INADVERTENTLY went on the blink.
And they all said it with a straight face.
It was more selective than that, IIRC. The tapes from the security camera that monitored the gate to the parking area and the one monitoring the parking area itself were missing. In addition, there was no tape found from the security camera that monitored the facility where the recording machines were and where the tapes should have been stored.
