David Shippers who was the House of Representatives Prosecutor in Bill Clinton's impeachment trial has said the same thing about Clinton, that money could get you anything.

But in this case I'm sure Clinton was just trying to present a tranquil country in 1996. Remember the statement about no missles are targeting US cities for the first time in (40?) years.

Iraqis killing people in OKC didn't go with that theme.

David Shippers by the way is very involved with Jayna Davis' investigation with the OKC bombing. There is actually NO DOUBT in my mind that she's right.
