Good heavens, per FoxNews, I believe, it was Berger's attorney that confirmed the pants and socks stuffing! Inadvertant? Sloppy? Maybe on the part of the people that I would assume (which may be a mistake) were guarding these documents, but not on McBerglar's part.
And are there others that did similar things but have not yet been brought to light?
I heard there are eye witnesses to the pants and sock stuffing. Anyway, it makes little difference how the sand burglar carried the documents with him.
