If I "inadvertently" ended up with something I'm not supposed to have, I'd IMMEDIATELY return it and apologize, wouldn't you?

And I don't I'd do it five times!!! That's "habitual", not inadvertent. But, hey, it's good to know that Clinton put our national security in the hands of a sloppy, scatterbrained file-fetishist...and LAUGHS about it now!
(I'm guessing the missing papers were used to light Bill's cigars...)
