***why else would the archive employees call a clinton lawyer instead of the FBI?***

I've been looking for the answer to that also and have not found anything beyond that one statement which makes me feel like a durn mushroom. It makes me assume that the employees have drank the koolaid and only let the FBI in on it because other less partisan employees were in on the "know".

I'm not sure how you could assume otherwise. I mean how does Berger go into a monitored room and leave carrying documents without believing he's covered?

IIRC, Lindsay was Clinton's legal archivist. I think that was how it was phrased. This may actually go back to the impeachment.

This was in one of the original reports yesterday, I believe.
