Anyone in the waste business such as myself could tell you if you went to a landfill looking for something specific you would be disappointed. You will not find it. Proverbial "Needle In A Haystack" for sure. Landfill Operators cover with earth what is disposed in them on a daily basis. Regulations. In my belief these documents were probably shredded before thrown away and probably didn't end up in a landfill. I am thinking of another disposal facility... An Incinerator. I would have to study that waste stream to find out for sure.
