Berger better not walk. Bush and the GOP need so show some nads and go ahead and charge this man.
The dems most likely leaked the info on this investigation.
Knowing they might be able to make the Republicans look bad since the info came out right before the Convention. And I would not be surprised if the issue gets dropped...because too many of the GOP types will cave under the pressure...they always do. Hopefully the Justice Department will stand firm.
Berger Broke the law. IF another high ranking DC goon walks on a major crime like this......a lot of Americans will lose what little faith they have in the DC folks.
