He did it because he inadvertantly forgot to buy a briefcase.

Or he thought "briefcase" meant his briefs.

He was desperate. He's unemployed and the mortgage was due. He figured Kerry would give him a job with the campaign if he delivered top-secret info.

Big, deal, he was a lawyer without his secretary. He filed them in the wrong drawers.

He had forgotten to put on underwear that morning, so he decided to grab a pair of briefs from the file.

Here's my collection of the best snippets, one-liners, etc. from FR today. Let me know if you like this and I may do this more often.
-----------------Begin----------------------
The entire Clinton administration makes The Onion seem credible.

Nice try, t'aint gonna fly

Hiding them in his socks - well, it smells really bad.

Presto-chango, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.

It's not his fault. He's hooked on liquor. On prescription pain pills. I'm hooked on Phonics.

I know nothing but I did stay at a Holiday Inn several years ago.

Berger is a "docusexual". Its not our place to pass judgment on his lifestyle.

Expect Berger to have a massive stroke or coronary in the next day or two.

So he "informally" stuffed secret documents in his underwear and "informally" hands them kerry.

he did it because he could

The "sisters" like them fat and soft. Berger had better take a butt plug to the slammer with him.

Why does every scandal involving the Democrats involve pants?

Berger must have had a crash course at Hillery Clinton's "School for Missing Documents"

Perhaps Sandy thought he would try to impress the young secretary outside the viewing room and needed to, uh, 'enhance' his masculinity. Looking around and not finding any stray cucumbers lying about, he simply improvised.

Doesn't Berger have a purse?

Is that a top-secret memo in your pants or are you happy to see me?

he did put them in his socks, before he didnt

I did not have socksual relations with that document.

Regardless of whether his pants were full then you can bet they are today.

Her response to you bears a striking resemblance to some other things that float...

Sandra Berger is a girlie - man

FBI grills Berger...

Just because he's an incompetent politician and a big-time lying communist (forgive the redundancy) doesn't mean he's a thief.....necessarily.

Berger was "taking a leak" in his pants

He's gonna need a double dose of botox to smooth out the wrinkles before the love-in next week.

I think both are cleaning "redacted stains" out of their shorts...

Kerry knew this was classified information before he didn't know it.

I returned everything I stole, except for the stuff I didn't

-----------------End----------------------

And the Number one reason........There was plenty of room in there!

(For those of you who have a hard time with innuendo, this would refer to the fact that he wasn't exactly filling up his BVD's. Which wouldn't be very unexpected for a lib since they have to be neutered in order to be acceptable to the feminazi's they work with)

10) Berger thought that they were Rose Law Firm billing records.

9) Berger thought that they were Gore's personnel notes on inventing the internet.

8) Berger wasn't sure if it was illegal or just wrong, and wanted to give the children of America a lesson regarding the difference.

7) Berger needed to copy some of the documents for the Kerry campaign and destroy some of the documents for the Klinton book campaign.

6) Berger took his own notes saying "FINDERS KEEPERS!"

5) Berger planned the whole thing so the Rats could accuse the Republicans of "timing" the incident.

4) Berger took the secret documents because they prove that Kerry & Edwards have better hair.

3) Berger thought that putting secret documents down his pants would earn the respect Kerry the communist elbow-rubber.

2) Berger wanted to emmulate his buddy Bubba relative to his honesty.

1) "Because he could."....NOT!
