On Wolf Blitzer, Bergers lawyer was terrific defending him and shooting down all the Right Wing bullsh*t. This "case" is nothing. The Justice department says they are very happy with the cooperation Berger is giving them. This case has been going on for almost one year and these reports of stuffing his socks with documents just "suddenly" popped up now. The people investigating the case did not even hear these accusations until just recently. There is one document out of thousands and most of this document has been published already in magazines, books,ect.He was looking at all of these papers BY HIMSELF and one slipped into his briefcase. Berger is known by everyone (both parties) as being a stand up man and a great patriot. He is also known as being a bit disorganized at times and one paper out of thousands is an honest slip up. It will go away when the 9-11 commision report comes out Thursday.
