Don't know. Without very high clearance, they wouldn't even be allowed to read the after-action plan. But, yes, if Kerry knowingly made classified material public, I think he'd be committing a criminal offense. On the other hand, I'm no lawyer.

Maybe I am naive but it seems to me this has a lot of parallels to Watergate in terms of the nature and seriousness of the crime.
