Berger's lawyer leaked this to try and soften & ready his supporters & the DNC base as he (Berger) has been identified as a targer for prosecution and - based on precedent with the Ellsberg Case & Pentagon Papers - Berger is destined for significant time in jail given the disparity and severity differentiating these cases.

Think he might end up in the same park in the same condition as Vince Foster? People associated with the Clintons do end up this way. Will the Clintons let Berger tell what he took and "discarded" what was on it? Perhaps, a plane crash is in Berger's future?
