The fact that Kerry had some of the information on port security on his website, then yanked it when the poop hit the fan, is good enough to convince me that the Kerry people know what they did.

Ah, but you forget, Kerry knew this was classified information before he didn't know it. He removed it from his website before he posted it. Its all nuance, and we knuckle-dragging, drooling, non-French Freepers aren't smart enough to understand this thing as explained by the New York Times.

You and I know that Kerry knew the info was obtained illegally, but its another thing to indict a sitting U.S. senator/presidential candidate on these charges and then convict him. I'd love to see it happen, but we won't most likely. Its like the Juanita Brodderick incident: Regualar people are indicted on less evidence than what she had/has; big-time pols skate...
