Sandy steals the docs; Justice knows all about it but keeps quiet (and keeps tabs on Sandy); Querry makes public utterances that reveal knowledge of the stolen documents; Justice then begins their public investigation of Sandy while all-comers take care of Lurch.

I will post a link to a thread posted here in March where a couple of republicans set a bear trap for Clarke and his testimony at the 9/11 hearings. Clarke is in really deep trouble here with potential perjury charges.
