Shorthand version:
The Senators were saying Kerry benefitted from the memo theft.
Today, Kerry deleted from their website the press release that was the 'benefit' of the theft (allegedly).
That purged press release is in 101, to save it from the memory hole.
Another piece of the puzzle - the Bush campaign chiding Kerry about skipping his terror briefing.
Without knowing specifically what was in the purloined documents, how can we attribute anything that Kerry said to information provided in those documents? The anti-terrorism policy in those Kerry links did not seem to rely on any classified or hidden information; any policy wonk could come up with similar recommendations/policies in an hour or two.
