For those who say that this is a Hillary leak,some things to think about the following,as you remove the tinfoil wound so tight,that it's cutting off the blood supply to your brains.
1)Sandy was trying to help Bill Clinton,by doing this "research."
2)Instead of being tied to Kerry,the MSM is calling Berger CLINTON'S man.
3)The purloined and discarded papers are from a time when THE CLINTONS were in the White House.
4)Hillary is also a person whose papers "went missing".Now,most people have forgotten that;however,this brings it to the forefront again.

That does NOT explain why Berger would destroy some records.
Sorry, but this is not the Clintons out to get Kerry via Berger. It is just what it appears...Berger was doing this after consultation with Clinton or the Clintons to cover up and alter the record and God knows what else.

Berger resigning from the Kerry campaign makes perfect sense, but it does not indicate that his (apparently) illegal actions benefitted the Kerry campaign. He would also have resigned if he robbed a gas station or was guilty of tax evasion. (I'm playing the devil's advocate not out of a desire to clear Kerry or anyone else, but because Reps and conservatives cannot afford to speculate; we must always rely on hard facts.)

Where is the logic in that? Berger was the Clinton's national security advisor. My guess is that he was trying to clean up things for Clinton before the 9/11 commission.
Ah, but you forget, Kerry knew this was classified information before he didn't know it. He removed it from his website before he posted it. Its all nuance, and we knuckle-dragging, drooling, non-French Freepers aren't smart enough to understand this thing as explained by the New York Times.
You and I know that Kerry knew the info was obtained illegally, but its another thing to indict a sitting U.S. senator/presidential candidate on these charges and then convict him. I'd love to see it happen, but we won't most likely. Its like the Juanita Brodderick incident: Regualar people are indicted on less evidence than what she had/has; big-time pols skate...
And there is an even more curious connection between this allegation and Kerry's press conference text being removed from the Kerry web site on the same day!
I agree that is much more likely a result of Clinton officials trying to do some CYA for the 9-11 committee than it is a nefarious Hillary plot to get on the ticket. Earlier today, CNN supposedly said that one of the missing documents was a Richard Clarke critique of the Clinton administrations anti-terrorism efforts. Now, if THAT is true, I would be more than happy; the MSM media has been covering over Clarke's inconsistencies, and this would be impossible to ignore.
