"Girlie men" is used jocularly to refer to any one who is not buff and muscular. By that standard, Bush is a girly man.

You obviously haven't seen pictures of President Bush working out in the gym, or in his running gear. He is muscular and buff, trust me on this.

I mean Arnold buff, Johnny Bravo buff, or Mr. Universe buff. Using the "Hans and Franz" standard, if you don't rip t-shirts apart just by putting them on then you are a "girly man".

Yes I know President Bush is very athletic and he is muscular and buff. I know that he lifts weights and jogs regularly.
