I don't think this one is going to slide. It's too cut and dry. The guy shoved secret documents into his socks to steal them. There is no way on earth that the Dems can call this one a "partisan witch hunt."
It's a national security case, and The Berger is well done.
One thing's certain. The democrats will come up with a line of defense and the press will repeat it.
The question is, will this administration take the gloves off this time?
