Documents that were "inadvertently thrown away" are probable huge embarrassments to Clinton administration inaction on credible terrorist warnings. To think that he would go to the trouble of taking them and then "mistakenly" discarding them stretches the imagination to the fullest.

"To think that he would go to the trouble of taking them and then "mistakenly" discarding them stretches the imagination to the fullest."

Well, being more specific here. . .'to think that he would go to the trouble of not just 'taking them' but rather. . .stuffing them in his socks. . .and his pants yet; and then mistakenly discarding them; boggles the imagination; not with the 'story itself'; but rather the insulting arrogance of even offering such a stupid defence.

I mean; if it was an accident, why didn't he report it; when he took his socks off. . .

Perhaps Berger should be charged with 'failure to report and accident' and surely leaving the scene; if he noticed his stuffed socks before exiting the building.
