this whole thing about "notes" is a diversion from the reality that he stole original documents and secreted them away to his house. Note the legal-ease weasel Clinton-esque wording his lawyers provided to the press, that nothing to their knowledge was withheld.

What did Clinton & Berger know and when did they know it?

That is the question.

If this happened FIVE times, why is it that the people at the archives called a CLINTON lawyer and not the FBI? What the heck is up with that? It's my understanding that if you see mishandling of classified documents you are REQUIRED to report it to authorities, not to a dixie mafia consigliore.

And Bruce Lindsey. Remember, he was called by archives staff on this matter...

Then Lindsey raised an issue in the media after we now know this investigation was under way. Lindsey's issue was to claim the Bush administration was withholding Clinton administration docs from the 9/11 commission (a charge that turned out to be false, of course).

Better question--What did they hide and where did they hide it?

This is worse that Watergate. The Dims were dealing in secret, classified government documents not piddly political stuff.
